Terms of Service

Perkmint provides the technology, escrow, reputation, and dispute-resolution layer that lets users buy and sell transferable digital assets (vouchers, subscriptions, gift cards, event tickets, and similar).

Perkmint does not own, issue, or guarantee the underlying assets. Each listing is created by an independent seller who is solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and transferability.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.

Sellers may be required to complete identity verification before receiving payouts.

Buyer funds are held in escrow and released to the seller only when the buyer reveals the delivered asset, or automatically after the dispute window closes if the buyer takes no action.

Perkmint charges a commission on each completed sale. The applicable rate is shown before purchase and fixed at the time the order is created.

Sellers must have the legal right to transfer what they list, must deliver exactly what was described, and must not list anything prohibited (see Prohibited Items).

Reselling an item obtained fraudulently, or that violates the issuer's terms in a way that harms the buyer, is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension and payout forfeiture.

All communication and settlement must stay on Perkmint. Attempting to move a trade off-platform removes buyer and seller protection and may result in suspension.

You are responsible for any taxes on your transactions. Perkmint's liability is limited to the commission it earned on the relevant order. Perkmint is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent users.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
