1. What we collect
Account data (email, username, profile), transaction data (orders, payouts, disputes), and — for sellers who withdraw — verification and payout details.
Chat messages tied to an order are retained to support dispute resolution.
2. How we use it
To operate escrow, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, calculate reputation, and comply with law. Payment data is processed by our payment providers (PayPal, Razorpay); Perkmint does not store full card details.
3. Sharing
We share data with payment processors, identity-verification providers, and infrastructure vendors strictly to provide the service, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. Contact support to exercise these rights.
5. Security & retention
Sensitive delivery payloads are encrypted at rest. We retain transaction records as required by law and delete or anonymise other data when no longer needed.
