Refund & Dispute Policy
Escrow is your protection. This policy explains when a buyer is refunded and how disputes work.
1. Before you reveal
Funds are only released to the seller when you reveal the delivered asset. If the seller never delivers, the order auto-cancels and you are refunded.
2. If the asset is invalid
If the code/voucher/account you revealed is invalid, already redeemed, or not as described, open a dispute within the dispute window. A moderator reviews the evidence and either refunds you or releases to the seller.
3. Evidence
Provide clear evidence (e.g. a screenshot of the redemption error). Tamper-evident vault receipts let us verify exactly what was delivered and when.
4. Auto-release
If you neither reveal nor open a dispute within the window, escrow auto-releases to the seller. Reveal or dispute in time to keep your protection.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment chargeback instead of using our dispute process may result in suspension. Use the on-platform dispute flow first.
